Rogue fascist paramilitary groups are mostly remnants of the Natalist Homefront Party, which rebelled against Cestlep in 1938, thus beginning the 8-year long Oceanykan Civil War. They have been reduced to little more than a nuisance, but recent developments in Oceanykan politics have fuelled their anger. The threat of a fascist uprising looms once more. Such groups advocate extreme centralism under a new revolutionary government, the genocide or expulsion of foreigners and a ruthless total war against communists and democrats. The National Party of Oceanyka is linked with many of these organisations and can be considered to be fighting a proxy war against the Oceanykan People's Party through them. This is, of course, perfectly legal according to the Constitution.
