Despite the name, GWF deals in a lot more than food. They do produce and sell a lot of it, but they also own large amounts of production facilities dedicated to other consumer goods like paper, furniture, clothing, etc. They don't own a monopoly or even a significant part of the whole internal market, but they do own a lot more than others, and that gives them the right to call themselves a big corporation.
