The M1931 B-4 is a Soviet heavy artillery piece used during the Second World War to smash through fortifications. It performed admirably, and with 11 propellant charges, could attack targets with perfect ballistics at up to 18km away. After the war, the Soviet Army sold many of these weapons to third-world countries, including Oceanyka. B-4 batteries are feared in this country for their ability to literally pummel down any form of infrastructure or fortification with ease.
