The "Dropbears" are the Council's immediate reaction force in case of national emergency. This division retains the combat jump as part of its doctrine, due to its role as a reaction force, instead of adopting helicopters. As such it maintains many traditions of proper paratrooper units, and an elite force of "pathfinders".
