The city of Hyperborea was built as an administrative and industrial centre for Himmler's new Aryan Empire. As such, the creation of the Hyperboreische Reichswerke, a reimagination of the enormous military-industrial complex that Adolf Hitler had ordered built in Munich to arm the Waffen SS (Reichswerke Hermann Göring), has greatly aided the SS in its guerilla activities by providing an independent source of armaments and munitions.
