The Colt Defender is an eight-barrel shotgun chambered in 20 gauge, with a double-action trigger mechanism. Its simplicity and firepower have earned it a place with US public security, prison wardens and in home defence. The Mark IV model was specifically created for law enforcement, and allows the user to select which of the barrels to fire, therefore giving them more versatility with their choice of shell. Furthermore, the empty space between the barrels is stuffed with a tear gas canister, which can spray forwards a considerable distance. A fearsome weapon in close quarters, and popular with Oceanyka's Gangs and their counterparts in the Federal Police.
