Some economic exploitation is beyond the means of the average enterprise. Perhaps it is a gold vein between ten tribes of raiders, slapped in the middle of the Outback. Or an oil deposit located a cannon shot's away from a major pirate hub. The Federal Correctional Service goes where no one else dares to, using forced labour to extract the fruits from the Earth against all odds. The FCS's Outpost Facilities are the most dangerous of any correctional facility due to either their geographical isolation or the local environment, usually both at the time.
