Rubber buckshot does no DMG, but always possess the STN modifier (inflicts Stunned).
For Stunned to be inflicted, at least 5 projectiles must strike the same target in any given shot.
Buckshot made of rubber is significantly less likely to kill whatever it is fired at, instead causing enormous pain and occasionally breaking bones. Such ammunition is a favourite of riot control or when murder is undesirable.
