Oceanykan childhood is often violent and unpredictable. Not in the sense of contant scuffles and arguments, but more of an "infantile gang shootouts" deal. More tragically, domestic abuse continues to be more common than it is not, and the tragedy of violence leaves its mark in the nation's endless orphans.
