Corpse Reprocessing

Corpse reprocessing is an industrial process invented in 1949 by a Ferozen engineer to process biological beings into large amounts of nutrient-dense crackers. Soylent crackers are categorised into different colours by the contained matter and therefore taste. Blue is plant matter, red is animal matter. In the past there was a colour green, which is now both abhorred and used aplenty for Halloween decorations. The company that manufactured the soylent crackers claimed it was made from a special ingredient. A Federal Enforcement Division raid in 1959 revealed the sources of Soylent Green; battlefield corpses, kidnapped political enemies, orphans, homeless people and other types of persons who "would not be missed". While Soylent Green has been discontinued, the other two are still a popular cheap meal even after the incident. However, for the same reasons the hydrocarbon disease farms continue to operate, Soylent Green is suspected to be in production and hidden within the other colours. Every so often a can of the infamous Soylent Green will appear on the shelves of an isolated and uninformed store, inviting dread and disgust by those "in the know".
