Regional Alert Level 2 refers to a situation in which the occurrence and magnitude of organised violence been average and moderate by Oceanykan standards for an extended period. Crime and violence are comparable to other developing countries, but living a normal life is possible with some personal protection and caution. It is generally dangerous to roam around alone or unprotected.
