The Modelo 91/38 rifle is the latest main version of the Carcano rifle family, an Italian bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5x52mm Carcano and feeding from a 6-round fixed magazine. It is synonymous with Fascist Italy's efforts during World War II, though it has since been replaced by the NATO-compliant Beretta BM59.
