Guns for Gramps
-Antiquity-
This weapon is very old, and though many would call it obsolete, it will still drop a man dead. It benefits greatly from perks related to antique weapons.
The Chassepot rifle, officially known as the Fusil Modèle 1866, is a French single-shot bolt-action rifle most famous for being in service during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870–1871, where it severely outclassed its contemporary, the Dreyse Needle Gun. It is chambered for 11mm Minié bullets for has a rate of fire of 8–15 rounds per minute. Its design was such an improvement that it effectively ended the era of close-order troop formations in European battles and relegated the cavalry charge to the past.
