The PTAB is a Soviet cluster bomblet designed during the Great Patriotic War to strike at Allied armoured groups. It is a 2.5kg bomblet with a HEAT warhead which can penetrate 60-70mm of RHA steel. PTABs were dropped en-masse from the bomb bays of aircraft such as the Ilyushin IL-2, so they were not true cluster bombs as we know them today. Despite their age and apparent obsolescence, PTAB bomblets are still in use in the Eastern sphere, while Oceanykans have found a myriad of ways to put them to good use.
