The SN-42 armour vest is unique amongst newer interpretations of this concept in that it is but a single plate that protects the frontal torso. For some reason, the idea was never revisited.
EFFECT:
This armour's user can always suffer from a Critical Hit on an Armour Saving Throw of 1, regardless of an attack's PEN. Ergo, it is never immune to a Critical Hit.
