The Heckler & Koch HK41 is essentially a semi-automatic only version of the G3 built for the civilian market. Considering battle rifles aren't particularly known to be great at handling automatic fire, this isn't as much of a drawback as one would originally believe, but it is something to keep in mind, especially when entering close-quarters combat. It is otherwise mostly mechanically identical to the baseline G3A3 and can use most of its parts.
Heckler & Koch HK41
Abilities
Common Attributes - National
Teutonic Discipline - German Small Arms (CW)
The Deutsches Heer of the mid-1960s is one of the most well-trained and experienced terrestrial fighting forces in the world. Some of this can be traced back to its Prussian traditions, some to Germany's near-permanent state of war since 1914, some to Berlin's imaginative staff officers, always trying to predict the next war and be ready for it. The German soldier serves in the same army as his father did, and the same as his grandfather did, but it is war that changes, and he is ready for it.
