I. OBJECTIVE & SCOPE
The undersigning party (hereafter "The Contractor") agrees to fulfil the following objectives in exchange for a specified reward:

PENALTY CLAUSE: Abandonment of contract without "Grievous Injury" (defined as loss of limb or 60% blood volume) will result in a fine of 50-200% of the Primary Reward Payout or its equivalent monetary value, at the discretion of Guild officials.
II. HAZARD RATING CLASSIFICATION
[ ] REGULAR (1-5 Hazard Skulls): Standard insurance applies.
[ ] HIGH IMPACT (1-5 Red Hazard Skulls): Premium insurance applies.
[ ] CLASSIFIED: Subject to non-disclosure agreement. No Guild insurance provided.
III. "GUILD COURTESY" CLAUSE
Per Article 4 of the Guild Charter: In the event of a "Conflict of Interest" (encountering other Guild Contractors on the opposing side of an objective), the Contractor is encouraged to observe Professional Sparing.
Protocol: Once a target Contractor is "Downed" or "Incapacitated," lethal force is to be ceased.
Reciprocity: The victor is expected to provide basic stabilizing first aid. Failure to observe Courtesy may result in Rank Demotion or a Guild Trial due to heinous breach of the NAG Internal Legal Code, with full judicial consequences up to and including the death penalty.
IV. VALIDATION OF SUCCESS (PROOF OF WORK)
No reward shall be dispensed without physical or verifiable proof. Accepted forms include:
- Biological Samples: Must be preserved in Guild-issued formalin jars. Must be approved by a Guild coroner.
- Polaroid Photography: Minimum of three (3) angles; must include a Guild-issued "Date-Stamp" card in frame. Must be approved by a Guild analyst.
- Recovery Items: Goods must match the description issued by the quest-giver to the letter. Must be approved by a Guild analyst.
- Legitimate Documentation: Documentation or the information within must match the description issued by the quest-giver to the letter. Must be approved by a Guild notary.
V. LIABILITY WAIVER
The Contractor acknowledges that The Oceanykan Federation is a non-signatory to various humanitarian treaties. The National Adventurer’s Guild is not responsible for: Death, dismemberment, capture, torture, or the consumption of the Contractor by local fauna.
