7.62x54mm Rimmed, also known as 7.62mm Russian, is a Soviet rifle cartridge developed during the times of the Russian Empire and employed for over half a century in a variety of small arms, such as the M1891 Mosin-Nagant Rifle, as well as the more modern PK Machinegun and SVD Sniper Rifle. It is an extremely common cartridge, particularly so in countries aligned with the Eastern Bloc ⚒️, and has recently been adopted by the Armed Forces of the Oceanykan Federation.
Because it is a full-powered cartridge with a spitzer-type bullet, it typically does 3d6 DMG | 2 PEN.
