The Model 7LSM is an American laser sight system designed and produced by Laser Products, previously known as the Newport Corporation. It is a compact solid-state red laser powered by a 3-volt microbattery. It is currently the bleeding edge of laser sight technologies due to its compact size, light weight and unobtrusive silhouette which, uniquely, allows it to be paired with a scope mounted on the upper part of the firearm, a grenade launcher or other underbarrel weapon attached on the lower part, and even a suppressor, all at the same time. However, because of its technologically complicated nature, it is perhaps one of the most expensive firearm attachments in the world.
