✨ Overview

Known as the "beating heart of Ember," The Silverleaf Inn is a two-story stone-and-timber structure with deep elven roots and weathered charm. Lanterns glow with soft faerie fire, casting golden hues over worn tables, hunting trophies, and an enormous hearth carved with ivy motifs. The scent of oak smoke, herbs, and roasted meat clings to the air.

🍻 Tavern Level – The Ground Floor

This bustling hub is a gathering place for villagers, travelers, and the occasional bard. The layout features:

• The Great Hearth: A massive, enchanted stone fireplace that never goes out. Baelvain claims it’s lit with a spark from a phoenix feather. Patrons gather here to warm their bones, trade tales, or snooze between rounds.

• The Main Bar: Polished walnut with silverleaf inlay. Baelvain’s gnome assistant, Picklefern, tends bar, known for flipping mugs without spilling and gossiping like a pixie.

🏡 Cliffside Cottages

Carved into the grassy rise behind the inn, four sturdy cottages are available for long-term guests:

• Cottage Details:

  • One-bedroom, stone foundation, elven timberwork

  • Simple kitchen hearth, rainwater cistern, and access to the communal garden

  • Quiet and private—perfect for writers, retired guards, or hedge wizards

• Services:

  • Firewood restock weekly

  • Well access with enchanted crank (always cold, always fresh)

  • Message bird delivery for 1 sp/letter via Baelvain’s trained ravens

• Bathhouse Shed: Attached to the rear of the inn. Communal and steamy. Herbal soaps available for 1 sp.
