An enigmatic Lodge of Lobizones that seemingly appeared out nowhere fully formed after the Día de la Furia, 13/13 rounded up and recruited every Lobizon and Nahual in the conurbano of Buenos Aires that had ended up without a pack. It is formed by various smaller packs that work as field task forces, a special division team that takes charge when a pack fails to do its mission or when a task is considered to difficult for only a mere pack to complete, a logistic team in charge of maintaining the machine going, both an R&D department that takes care of research and a R&R department tasked with the stabilization and care of the various pack members of the organization, a Clearance Operations Comprised of mortals, Kinfok, and loyal supernaturals trained to silence witnesses, rewrite events, or bury truth under layers of mundane reality, finally 13/13 counts with own secretive leadership called "The Red Moon Chamber".
