Operativa VII was an Argentinian pack of Nahuli that mostly patrolled the area of Caballito, Parque Chacabuco and Almagro during the period between 2005 and 2016. The organization as a whole was a clandestine sub division of the Argentinian Police and Civil Police force that consisted of Kinfolk and in the known officers that used and supervised 7 Nahuali children as means to combat the supernatural forces lurking in those neighbourhoods and if needed in other parts of the Capital. However during a particular incident most of the adults that helped and mentored the Nahuali children perished during a gruesome attack which provoked another pack of Nahuals called “Los Granaderos de Plata” to become aware of their existence. The Granaderos cynically took the young under their wing to be used and trained as cannon fodder and sock troops against their enemies.
As time passed the young pack became increasingly more and more discontent with their new uncaring “Masters” who saw them mostly as a liability and who left them to become attrited to the point that they lost a big battle against another pack of nahuals called the “13 Yaguaretes”. When they managed to recover from their lost battle, the young operatives found out that the Granaderos wanted to move to another area of the city with the young nahuales in tow and leave their neighborhoods without protection. The young rejected to go with the Granaderos and betrayed their allegiance, swearing to protect the people of Caballito, Parque Chacabuco and Almagro with or without the help of the police.
Following this schism, the forsaken operatives were approached by the 13/13 lodge, the same organization that sponsored their rivals, with an offer to help them in their duty in exchange that they became subservient to it. After much debate the pack decided to take the offer and became the “13 Operativos”.
