Hebblu the Blue Spirited is a halfling bounty hunter who contracts with the Finders Guild to find fugitives hiding in the plains. Her dinosaur companion, LashingTail, is a larger cousin of the swindlespitter with a sticky projectile "vomit" that can strike up to 30'.
