This outpost, stationed where the Redwater River meets the Bay of Swords, is both a stopping point for ships heading to Taer Valaestas and a base for expeditions into the Jungle of Scimitars. While the permanent population is small, it includes several zaelantar crafters using the manifest zone to create new weapons of war. While the elves usually are not interested in selling their work, adventurers may find them more willing to barter for other items or an escort into the jungle. Alternatively, House Cannith might wish to replicate the elves’ techniques, either through honest exchange or espionage.
