The Old Saint's Road winds through the Moaning Valley, and is the usual route for raiders from Prax. Jarolar Keep, a lonely watchtower, guards the passage from Battle Valley, atop the spire.
The Lorthing clan of the Culbrea tries to eke out a living here, despite the proximity to the Sazdorf trolls and the Telmorii; most gather close to
the protection of Jarolar Keep.
