Torag, the Father of Creation

Torag, the Father of Creation

"The forge doesn't care about your feelings. Neither does Torag. But he cares about your work, and if the work is good, that's enough."

God of the forge, protection, and strategy. Torag is the dwarven creator-deity — the divine smith who shaped the first dwarves and gave them the prophecy that launched the The Quest for Sky. He is worshipped across Golarion wherever hammers strike anvils and walls are built to last, but his heart belongs to the dwarves, and theirs to him.

Torag's faith is practical. He doesn't ask for poetry or ecstasy or mystical revelation. He asks for good work, honest craft, and the willingness to protect what you've built. His temples are forges. His prayers are hammer-strokes. His highest sacrament is a wall that doesn't fall down.

In Molthune, Torag's worship is common among dwarven communities and mul labourers in the Sootward — people who understand that the divine manifests in the quality of your welds, not the volume of your hymns.
