Legiul is one of the Lesser Fragments (Deities) that decided to move from the Divine Realm to the Lands of Arda, seemingly, permanently. It's a trickster fragment, often involved with mortal affairs and often fascinated by mortals who are ambitious and daring. He also acts as a patron to those who agree to do his bidding in exchange of powers. The power he offers often involve curses, hexes and ways to use one's weapons trickily.
