At a Glance
Bleeding Scar. A shattered, devil-infested western continent — once part of TorNav'Roc, now a festering wound on the world, slowly being consumed by Hell itself.
Description

Once a land of talented and ambitious people, the Gith / Time Raider, and housing the jewel city of the TorNav'Roc kingdom, this land has now become a bleeding scar for the humanoid nations. A wound to the rest of the world, that never seems to fully close, bleeding out horrific creatures from the plane of Hell. When the Gith / Time Raider and Eratus Empire lost control of the portals, armies of devils passed through into the lands of Arda. The defenders managed to hold them back for a while, but their numbers and strength were only increasing. It was a matter of time before they would spread over the whole island of TorNav'Roc and through ships move onto the Eratus. Luckily, the magic used to open the portals allowed only weaker devils that had no capabilities of flying to pass through. Seeing the imminent threat, the Eratus empire withdrew most of its forces from Caldar, ultimately leading to losing the territories they had claimed. Concentrating their forces to help the Gith fight back and retake the portals, they quickly realized the situation was beyond their control. In a final and desperate attempt, after the capital of the island had fallen, Admiral Therion of the Imperial Fleet, gathered a vast amount of mages and ships and blasted the land with a destructive force that has never been seen before. The blast ripped the land into two parts, killing thousands of gith, eratus mages, devils, and Therion himself. The eastern half of this split gradually became completely infested with devils, taking the name "Bleeding Scar".

Geography

The land is infused with hellish energy leaking from the portals and the devilish creatures that die and get absorbed into the land. The ground has taken a deep red coloration, as if it is soiled by blood. Forests and mountains alike have turned red. Humanoids who venture there slowly turn crazy, violent, and evil upon prolonged exposure.
