Early Life
Alex grew up with most essentials, and those she didn't have she learned to steal. Her family lived in a complex of many households, often interacting with other families who had followers of Dominaria, due to her parents. She put up with it. Running around between her different "businesses" is what she now considers home. Her parents, Max and Beatrix, raised her, but were usually working and not at home to take care of her. Because of this, she would go around town talking to (and stealing from) various people, and trying to learn languages she was hearing but couldn't understand. She would often team up with other kids to play distraction while someone stole something. One kid she would do this with regularly was Niko, a human. While Alex was ok at talking to people, she would consider her strength is eavesdropping, stealing, and being flexible. When there was a difficult target, she would climb anything nearby to get a vantage point or better position to execute her plan. Due to this, she neglected her physical training, being weaker than most average people.
Inciting Incident
- What Happened: A combination of her love of learning languages, her self-taught skills of sneaking around and stealing to get by, and using the nature of her race to trick and deceive people led her to the roguish arts. She was also hired and taught by actual rogues wishing to make use of her services.
