Tyrell Badd

Homicide Detective

"I hate magic so, so much."
- Tyrell Badd, "The Vanishing Turnabout"

Old, and only slightly jaded, Tyrell Badd is a long-time homicide detective of the LAPD of notable renown.

Junior officers of the LAPD who work with Badd note that he's sociable and keen to small-talk with his peers, while detectives who share his rank often criticize his inflated sense of authority, and his distant, sometimes aggressive demeanor towards the populace.

Despite this, Badd has allegedly declined promotions to commanding ranks in the homicide division, and often claims he "acts in the interest of LA."
