Phoenix Wright

Turnabout Terror

Present owner of the Wright Anything Agency and an attorney at law, Phoenix Wright is a private man with a public presence.

After a temptations rise to infamy as a rookie lawyer, his career seemed to be one impossible revelation of the rotten underbelly after another.

Someone who doesn't play by the rules but comes up on top draws many scrutinizing glances. No one is that good on their own.

The straight and narrow reputation of Phoenix Wright took a sharp decline near a decade back, after a fateful series of cases. The public, ever watching, ever doubting, ever hungry — that public, got its answers. It got its shadowy hand. Its purse of gold. Its story of a man who proves his clients innocent by any means necessary.

Even if it means that an innocent witness shall take a fatal fall.

And though years away from criminal law and trial of Gavin vs. State would later clear this dark story up, it would not brighten the dark days of the law to come.

For those who are curious enough to dig up what little there is of known private affairs of Phoenix Wright, the loyal journalists of LA have this to offer: he is in a tax bracket for married men; an adoptive father of Trucy Wright and mysterious Riveran alumni of Ivy State University; an owner of one ugly pug.
