Vancian Instructions

Caster must place hand on heart, then close eyes, focusing on the target and thinking of the spell.

Runic Instructions

Touch or draw 4 runes on the target, thinking of a different emotion for each.

The appropriate rune will light up when the target experiences one of the chosen emotions.
