Teleports the target to the destination.

The spell cannot determine if there is enough space for the target at the destination. The spell will attempt to "optimise" space occupancy at destination if the target is larger than the space available.
Best case scenario, the spell will break target creature's bones.
Worst case scenario, the spell will find the necessary space in imperfections of the destination's walls and will fill them with the target's parts.

Vancian Instructions

Speak the spell name aloud, then focus on the destination.

The caster forgets all memory of the destination. "Destination" here is determined by association -- as an example, if the caster teleports to the department's interrogation room, they will forget the layout of the whole department if they associate the two, but will only forget the layout of the interrogation room if they can separate it from the department as a whole in their thoughts.

Runic Instructions

Prepare two runes, associating them in mind during creation.

During creation, associate one rune with a body of water in mind (henceforth called "source water"). This shall be the destination rune.

Touch or draw one rune on the target.
Wet the target with water from the "source water".

Target will teleport to the destination rune.
