Battle of Carrick

Paschent, the last British son of Vortigern, invades Cumbria with a largely Saxon army to regain his father’s throne, but is defeated by the King of Malahaut and Corneus Duke of Lindsey at the Battle of Carrick. Paschent flees to Ireland, where he allies himself to Gillomanius.
