Adam's father. Ex-Superhuman, he once held one half of Adam's powers but never used it for superhero work. As a family tradition, he preferred to spend his life helping in mundane ways.
When he grew up he inherited the position of head of the Twin Hearts foundation but never liked the business side of things, much preferring to do good with his own hands rather than directing others. This is why he handed the role to his wife, Rebecca, believing that she'll do a much better job than him.

Benjamin always worried about Adam due to his unique circumstances. After the explosion 2 years back he finally understood how urgent it is to train Adam to control his powers better.
His opinion on Adam's superhero activities is mixed. On one hand, he thinks that this power should be kept contained and not used. but on the other hand, he can clearly see how much better it makes Adam feel.
Now he spends his time between the foundation work, the house, and training Adam.
