The former Magesmith of Wave Echo Cave, responsible for crafting the magical items at the Forge of Spells. Lingered around aimlessly because of unfinished business which he was unable to complete. After the party dispatched the Spectator that was protecting the forge, he was able to complete his final task, and move on.
