A follower of Nezznar, escaped from Wave Echo Cave after the heroes managed to defeat his master. Was unseen ever since until the party discovered that he had taken Arin's place.
After the party discovered the ruse, they captured and interrogated Vhalak for information on Malice and Nezznar, allowing him to go free in return, as long as he pledged to never harm anyone ever again. Afterwards, he made his way to the docks of Ravenforge to find a ship that could take him away from Rexendell for good.
