The Blood Fiend was a terrifying monster that escaped from the Abyss and started to hunt down Kal after she drew the Flame from the Deck of Many Things. The party eventually faced it down in the Thax'ning Tribes, managing to take down it and it's minions, rewarding Kal with a powerful magical item for their efforts.
