The lighthouse which guided ships along the coast and into our port has been unused and in disrepair ever since the piracy issue started all those years ago. I've tried to get it cleaned up but several work crews have run off-site claiming ghosts, undead, and all other sorts of nonsense. That lighthouse is older than anyone can remember, but it never had any recorded problems. Now it has a reputation; no one in town will even get close. My hope is that a few passing travelers with some clout can give it the all-clear and reassure everyone it's safe. Then we can get back to work.
