Kingdom of Rasar

The fallen mageocracy of Rasar, once ruled by the Red Wizards of Rasar, was a formidable and feared force. The Red Wizards were known for their mastery of dark magic, demonology, and a deep-seated cruelty that defined their reign. Their rule was marked by slavery, ruthless power struggles, and the use of forbidden arcane arts to maintain control over their subjects and territories.

Rasarians, the people of Rasar, are characterized by their short, stocky builds, dusky skin, dark eyes, and thick, dark hair. In a society where slavery was rampant, free male Rasarians often shaved their heads or kept their hair cropped short to distinguish themselves from slaves, who were forbidden to cut their hair. Wealth and status were often displayed through elaborate tattoos, a common practice among the affluent.

The Red Wizards' magocracy was built on a foundation of exploitation, corruption, and absolute power. Their society was highly stratified, with a ruling class of wizards who wielded immense authority over both magic and mundane affairs. This structure allowed them to dominate the political landscape of Rasar until their eventual downfall.

Despite the collapse of their homeland, the Red Wizards remain a potent force, particularly in Seregon, where they have established the Rasarian Enclave. This enclave serves as a hub for their activities, where they continue to practice their dark arts and exert influence over the city's affairs. Their deep resentment towards dragonborn, stemming from historical conflicts with King Karsis and the Immortals of Karsis, fuels ongoing tensions in Seregon. This animosity often manifests as covert sabotage or overt hostility, adding to the city's complex social and political landscape.
