Seran Arko is a wiry young priest of Set who has ingratiated himself into the Guildhall of Rockport's affairs. Barely out of his twenties, his pale complexion and perpetual smirk make him stand out among the rougher jungle traders. His black robes are embroidered with green serpentine patterns, and a silver medallion bearing Set’s sigil gleams on his chest.
Appearance: Seran’s sharp features and close-cropped dark hair give him a hawkish look, his thin eyebrows perpetually arched as if he’s always plotting his next move. His deep-set green eyes hold a calculating gleam, and his voice is smooth but carries an unsettling undertone.
