Joined the Pine Mill County Police Department at 18 years old in 1974.
Was made deputy in 1984 (28 years old) and was elected the Sheriff of Pine Mill County in 1995 (39 years old). He later stepped down as Sheriff in 2016 (60 years old). Connor continues to serve as a police officer on the force performing light duty work and keeps saying he is going to retire.
