Located on the northeastern edge of Luna Lake, Szabina's Cabin belonged to the hunter Szabina Pokolytsch, though she often did not reside there. A small hut constructed of old wood, it was oft-surrounded by mists and had a creepy outward appearance above flooded lakewater. The hill-tribes native to the area feared this place, believing it to be extremely dangerous, even when compared to the other horrors of Barovia. Nonetheless, the structure was welcoming inside, with a large central hearth where a stew was always bubbling. Various simply dried herbs hung from the ceiling.

Szabina kept the space fairly empty, save a small straw bed on one side and a variety of simple bows and arrows on the other. In a corner was a heap of old manuscripts and scrolls, mostly written in Druidic. These were all poems and prophecies written by her "sister", which Szabina kept more out of respect than actual use.
