Theros Bronzewood was obsessively curious as a child. He would badger anyone seeking answers to a question, not respect boundaries if he wanted to see something, and would take it out on his parents if he was unfulfilled. In an effort to provide something productive to focus on, his parents trusted him to the Church. St. Cuthbert's basic tenets to obey the law, be good, and use common sense normalized his behavior and now the only question he needs answering is why wouldn't people live accordingly? Knowing it would be impossible to explain such a broadly painted sentiment and knowing how destructive Theros can be if left unsatisfied, his mentor, Vicar Veredon sent him out on an open ended quest; purpose being to experience the world and gain the wisdom to answer that question for himself. The Vicar's own wisdom knowing that Theros would be a candidate for any Order of his choosing if his adventures enlightens him enough to be satisfied with any answer he finds.
