Activate only when you control at least 1 monster and your opponent controls more Spell/Trap cards than you do. Destroy all Spell/Trap cards on the field, and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed this way. If you control no monster, add 1 "Flaming Skies" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand instead.

You can only activate one "Crashing Storms" per turn.
