Tarel, like most wood elves, was raised by her kin in isolation from civilization. As such both their elven traditions and the High Druid have instilled a distrust of humankind in Tarel, strictly forbidding her from venturing out into Cities. As such, Tarel sought solace among nature and upon the Path, into whose forms she is rumored to shapeshift.
Naïve – Lacking worldly experience and understanding, Tarel is often taken for simple and guileless. This is only an exterior, as her animal honed instincts are as true as the blades she consistently hones. She has been characterized by a lack of sophistication and critical judgement by the Charter Counsel, but the graveyard is considerably less roomy due to those who have tried to take advantage of her.
