A treatise upon the base Alchemical Substances of magical derivation. The gnomish text is incredibly intricate, with much of the information seeming superfluous if one does not understand its origin language. Its original text is included at the end, but a description of the substances and their uses is all that has been translated into common for ease of understanding and application.
It has been rumoured by some that some of the contents of this Papyrus allow for the completion of the Magnum Opus, an alchemical term for the process of working with the prima materia to create the philosopher's stone.

White Gull |
White Gull is a potion that can be consumed as an alcoholic beverage, or used as a potion base. The duration of the effect is only long lasting if the potion is consumed as a hallucinogenic beverage. This has no effect on any potion brewed using it as a base. The toxicity of White Gull is medium but only when consumed as a hallucinogenic beverage. When used as a base, the toxicity is irrelevant, only the resulting toxicity of the brewed potion counts. |
