When the group first arrived at the library, they met Gluri and Yangreck Ashmantle, the leader of The bookkeepers family. They used magical amulets to open the doors to a library that, only after stepping into, the group discovered, in fact, was located in The Feywild. Its librarian was a green-skinned slender being with four arms that all seemed capable of multitasking without the creature paying any attention to them. Up in the ceiling fluttered smaller versions of the same type of being, but with the more traditional amount of arms and legs. The group spends sixteen hours researching, sustaining themselves on whatever rations they've brought.
Irdien is trying to find out where one can find Iconos, a metal rumoured to hold power to slay an Icon. Unfortionetly she learns that it's the metal said to surround the gates to the realm of Veles and can only be found in the deepest and most dangerous parts of the Underdark.
Sirona asks the librarian if one of the little assistants could perhaps help L learn to read while the others are studying, and it is promptly arranged. Labrat settles down with two of the helpers and starts getting a good foundation for the written language.
Sirona tries to get information about avoiding demonic possession and tries to find the myth that Jahan told Adrian. She learns that it's best to stay away from Demons and that good willpower is vital, so nothing really shocking. The myth is old but neither confirmed nor busted.
Adrian calls Sirona over and uses a map to start pricing together where she can be from by asking her questions about her journey 14 years ago and what she remembers from her homesteads flora and fauna. He spends some time drafting a letter he intends to have the helpers at the library copy for him until there are enough to send to every noble family in the most likely area where they will find Raven hill's farm.
After almost falling over from exhaustion, the group exits the library for today. It is now past midnight, and they are all looking forward to some sleep. Irdien takes the opportunity to show L her new Thanor'Thal symbol that only shows up if you have Darkvision. A man approaches Jak giving him a green scroll. It contains a summon to the Troll theatre at 10 in the morning.
The group hurries home to get some rest. Sirona has no nightmare.
In the morning, Jak, Sirona and L head to the Troll theatre, making a quick stop into Bulbix's store, saying he can have his day in the library today.
The troll theatre is in session upon arrival, making Jaks entrance all the more dramatic. There are representatives from four crime families, and the group spots all the lieutenants from the houses they've had dealings with the past couple of days. Jak is called up on stage, and it is revealed that as a boon for their assistance in the takeover, they are given the treat to provide a name for the newest raised crime family. Jak says he will get back to them about it and excuses them to see the Troll bodyguards backstage. He thanks him for the help with the chest, and the troll very clearly knows what Jak refers to.
