On top of a hill, at a slight distance from the rest of the noble population of the Gardens, a glorious yet fortified palace sits, where the Everlasting Flame resides.
The Forbidden Library: There are whispers of a secret repository of ancient texts and forbidden knowledge hidden within the palace.
The Imperial Gardens: A sprawling forest park filled with exotic plants and flowers, for those permitted entry.
The Imperial Legion of Science:
A trio of towers, due south to the Imperial Palace, in which the Everlasting Flame burns brightest, among the Legion's ranks, scholars of war wielding knowledge as their weapon. Laboratories hum with cutting-edge research, the city's defense a potent blend of mechanical wonder.
The Institute of Theoretical Progress:
The institute is located on the southern edge of the Gardens Ward, on a small isle bonding the Industrial Ward. Beyond the direct control of the Everlasting Flame, the Institute is a hive of unorthodox minds. In its towers, whispers of revolutionary theories challenge established dogma, their echoes rippling through the city's intellectual landscape.
The Observatory: Part of the Institute, a structure dedicated to the observation of the celestial bodies situated on the edge of the cliff, housing ancient astronomical knowledge.
The Star Chamber:
Southwest of the Palace is the center of the Sajani judicial bureaucracy. Clockwork Examinators patrol the halls adding to the Star Chamber's air of sterile intimidation. More than just a court, or an interrogation facility, the Star Chamber is a symbol of the power of the Everlasting Flame.

The administrative hub of the city.
Council House:
Where the Council of Nine meets and deliberates.
The Grand Opera House:
A magnificent theater showcasing the finest performances in music, dance, and drama, attracting the city's most cultured and sophisticated residents.
