General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Dexterity 13+)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Surprise Flurry. During the first round of combat, while attacking with daggers (or a similar weapon), you can make a Slight of Hand check against the creature's passive perception.
On a success, you gain the following benefits:
+5 to your Initiative;
Advantage on all attacks against the creature during your first turn;
Your crit range increases by one during your first turn.
